Snow has turned the north and north-east of Scotland into a winter wonderland.

The Press and Journal has been keeping readers up to date with everything they need to know during the whiteout.

While the icy conditions have brought travel cancellations, school closures and traffic disruption, many families have also found time to enjoy the snow.

P&J and Evening Express readers have now shared some of their best snowy sculptures.
